The feeling of being involved is one that is great. The reason as to why I enjoy working at Golf Maine Park District is because they allow for people in communities to get together and constantly be a part of something greater!

Working so close to the community is one of my favorite parts, it truly creates a family environment where everybody cares for one another. Also, I love working at such a collaborative place where growth is encouraged and where we can learn from each other.

This is where I grew up playing basketball as well as making friends that I still interact with today. Also, Golf Maine Park District is a very diverse environment to work at which I really enjoy. I get to meet with different people from different cultures, backgrounds, and ethnicities on a day to day basis. Working at Golf Maine Park District has taught me so much with it being my first job; I was able to influence the youth, help the community I'm part of, and help me grow as a person.

I like working for Golf Maine Park District because of being able to interact and build relationships with our diverse community. Golf Maine Park District is family-friendly and offers many programs for all age ranges!

GMPD is an amazing place to work! The community and the park are both very welcoming and friendly. Throughout my time at the park, I was never treated as an employee but as family. Our managers don't order us around but rather serve as mentors, who were there whenever we had an issue.

GMPD helped me find some purpose when I was lost and it serves as a safe haven for many of those that need an outlet. It's also where I learned to apply what my mom taught me: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control to become a better athlete, coach, and human being. I appreciate the opportunity to work with sports, which helps develop discipline, teamwork, communication skills, friendships, and a strong community.

I love working at Golf Maine Park District because it doesn't feel like work but rather more a place of refuge and home where I am surrounded by family. Golf Maine Park District allows me to display my leadership skills as well as share my teamwork skills. Golf Maine Park District is not a place of work but rather a home.

I like working at GMPD because it’s easy to communicate and get along with co-workers as well as be in an athletic atmosphere which I enjoy. GMPD has shaped me into a more outgoing person as I am willing to try new things I never did before.

I like to work at GMPD because it allows me to apply leadership skills on a day to day basis. I also enjoy educating the youth on all of the knowledge I have learned from working here.

Feldman is where I grew up, made friends, and got advice from the people that worked there. Working there now I get the chance to do the same thing for kids who are trying to find their place. Working at Feldman has made me into a more responsible, mature, and understanding man.

I like to work at Golf Maine Park because it's never easy being the new kid, in a new neighborhood. This place helped me make new friends which became my brothers who helped raise me to become the man that I am. I want to give back to everyone else who may have a similar experience and GMPD allows me to do just that. It's just a thing from the heart you do.

I like working at Feldman because our staff members are amazing and I learn a lot from them everyday. I also like working at Feldman because it’s a fun job and it never gets boring.
