Rental Information
The Golf Maine Park District facilities are available for rental at varying fees based on room size, and demand.

Indoor Facility Rental Application
Rental dates are not secured until the required deposit is paid. The balance is due 21 days prior to your function. Anyone making a reservation less than 21 days prior to selected date must pay in full. If a reservation is made less than 10 days prior to selected date it must paid in full and cash only.
Water Spray Party Rentals
The Water Spray Park is available to rent for birthday parties or other special occasions. Grab your swim suit and reserve your pool party today! For more information about rentals please email Kevin at kevin@gmpd.org.
Outdoor Field Rentals
If you are interested in renting any of our outdoor facilities including athletic fields, water spray park or picnic shelters. For more information please email Kevin at kevin@gmpd.org.
General Policies

Signed contracts and a deposit are required for all facility rentals.

Person signing the contract must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire rental.

Minimum rental period is two (2) hours at Dee Park and three (3) hours at Feldman Rec Center.

After 10 pm, there is an additional $20/hr charge for time used.

Alcohol Requirements required plus an additional $30/hr charge.

No alcohol permitted on park district property unless guidelines are followed a minimum of 60 days in advance.

A certificate of liability insurance and a permit from the Village of Niles is required for rentals serving alcohol and may be required for larger groups.

Golf Maine Park District reserves the right to change the pricing information at any time. The district attempts to keep fees up to date but these fees are non-binding on the district behalf.
