Adult Sports
Adult Tae Kwon Do
Learn the art of self-defense and artistic movements. Instructors are nationally and internationally certified. Participants develop confidence and self-control. SPECIAL FOR NEW MEMBERS: Free uniform with a 3 month sign up or; 2 months for the price of 1 month or; 2 participants for the price of 1 for the first month. Any current student who brings in a new member receives a free month.

Adult Indoor Coed Volleyball Leagues
Golf Maine has on-going leagues year round. Our Co-Ed Leagues are 6 v 6 (a minimum of 2 women on the court at all times). Matches consist of 3 games with a 55 minute time limit. Adult Open Volleyball
Time to get out of the house and enjoy an evening of volleyball! The gym supervisor will organize games in a recreational atmosphere. Admission fee is collected at the door. Two volleyball courts will be set up if enough people attend regularly.

Fall Softball Leagues 
Applications for 2010 league participation are now available. Applications, including a $100 non-refundable deposit, must be returned to the district office by the MANDATORY captains meeting on Thursday, August 19 at 6:30 pm at the Feldman Recreation Center in order to guarantee a league spot.

3rd Shift Indoor Soccer League 
Do you work 11 pm-7 am, come home and suddenly can't sleep or find anything to do?Maybe this is the league for you. Join us for morning indoor soccer league. Games are played in our gymnasium in a 4 v 4 format consisting of two 15 minute halves. Games will be self officiated.

Adult Open Basketball
Get together with friends and enjoy an afternoon of pick up games. It's a great way to stay in shape this winter. Supervisor reserves the right to set up half-court games if there are too many people for full-court games.

Adult Short Sided 6 v 6 Co-Ed Soccer League
This is a new league for adults. Games are played at Dee Park on a shortened field for a faster paced game. In this format there will be no goalies, smaller goals and lots of fun. Teams can consist of both men and women. Cash prizes will be awarded to teams at the end of the season.

Beginner Tennis
Lessons are designed for those who have never played tennis before or those needing to review the basic fundamentals. The instructor will assist participants with forehand & backhand strokes, net play, serves and scoring. You must supply your own racket.

Intermediate Tennis
The instruction and drills in this class are more for the experienced player who is looking to improve his/her game. The focus is on singles/doubles strategy geared to your game. Learn how to ‘think’ on the court. You must supply your own racket.
