Rentals
General Policies:
- You may access a printable Rental Rate Form here 2011 Rental Rates
- Signed contracts and a deposit are required for all facility rentals
- Person signing the contract must be at least 21 years of age and be present during the entire rental
- Out-of-District residents may be charged up to a 25% surcharge on rental fee
- Minimum rental period is two (2) hours at Dee and three (3) hours at Feldman
- After 10 pm, there is an additional $10/hr charge for time used
- No alcohol permitted on park district property unless guidelines are followed a minimum of 60 days in advance
- A certificate of liability insurance is required for rentals serving alcohol and may be required for larger groups
- This Golf Maine Park District reserves the right to change the pricing information at any time. The district attempts to keep the below fees up to date but these fees are non-binding on the district behalf.
